John C. Harrell, D.M.D.
A 1992 graduate of the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry, Dr. Harrell also completed his Periodontics residency at the Medical College of Georgia in 1994. He completed his undergraduate studies at Presbyterian College, where he played soccer.
He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the Southern Academy of Periodontology, and the Georgia Society of Periodontists. He is also a member of the Thomas P. Hinman Dental Society, the Georgia Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society.
Dr. Harrell, a native Atlantan, lives with his wife, Denise, and their children in Alpharetta. He is an avid tennis player and runner. He has completed a number of marathons, including Boston, Chicago, New York, Miami, Atlanta, and the Marine Corps marathon. He also enjoys reading, traveling, and cooking on the big green egg.
